Blogger Anxiety

I have been having blogger anxiety. I don't know what it is but nothing has really seemed blog worthy lately. Well that is not true, this past weekend Natalie Craig came in town and we had a wonderful girl's weekend celebrating baby Jackson, but I did not take any pictures and I really don't like to post without pictures. But I don't know what my deal has been lately, I think of something to post and then second guess myself of it's blog-worthiness. So, don't loose faith in me, I will continue to post. I just need to take the time to step back and look at all that is going on in our life.

So, not to leave you empty handed, I have found this new blog that I love! To all you crafty, or want-to-be-crafty (this is the category I fall into), people, check out this blog. The Handmade Dress. She has the cutest ideas and lots of tutorials and downloads. I am not creative at all, but once I see something I am really good recreating and then making some twists. Enjoy!

  1. I know what you mean Kim!! I just keep telling myself that I'm doing this for memories of our kids, and for out of town family and friends. Everyone else is just bonus. You can't please everyone, but do it for YOU!!! If you think it's good, that's all that matters!

I love all your pics and posts!!

  2. i get blogger anxiety too. sometimes i feel like i have nothing to share or at least nothing i want to share with everyone....or i don't have pictures or i haven't been doing much exciting.
your blogs are always good and enjoyed--never fear. it's a fun way to keep up with you and the kiddos.

  3. hey kim- you are so cute. i have an idea for us all the amazing things you sew for the kids and give us tips- b/c i wish i had the talent you have! love that blog you mentioned. so fun...a question- do you still use your mom's sewing machine or did you buy a new one? if so, do you have a brand you recommend?

love keeping up with you and the fam with your blog- i need to call you though..i would love to have more personal interaction!! miss you my friend.

  4. abigail, i still have my mom's machine. i do not really know what to recommend. i know that phaff is really good, but i think really pricey. i have been told that if you are going to invest in a machine you should get a computerized one. but i do not have much advice beyond that. i have thought about posting some of the clothes i have made. maybe that is to come.
